My HIP HOP roots got displaced a while back 2008 . I used to look forward to the 9II5 sessions at Moyo in Durban.For me back in the day, to listen to HIP HOP, true dopeness you had to go out and listen ( Bat centre and Moyo ) days Zabuya emasisweni when I met DJ 2Daxha and Khangaman on the 31st December festivities at POM Place.

Vol 2 was my wake up call from HIP HOP hibernation. From the first track to the last track I was hooked.
The talent is beyond words. Each track felt like déjà vu cause each track felt like it was written for someone I know or some experience I went thru in my younger care free days I listen to a lot of Music but for days I had this Mix on repeat. During that period my 5 year old son got hooked. It is now our sing along mix to school in the morning.

While I hibernated I missed out a Lot. EC is on the map there is talent.

Big up to the Mcees who made it happen and to the spin master who blended it so well.

Lines/words that are now residents in my head are: kusazoshuba. I’ve been killing shows and you are not even a suspect, Thola ilicence yamathuluzi so u can screw driver and the track that most boys lived/ experienced on a personal level ukushiywa nokhiye nemali ujike ube iqhude!Walala!!!
